AI is the technology intended for creation of intelligent machines that work and react like humans do. These machines can respond to and learn from stimulation in a similar way to human responses with a level of understanding and judgement that's normally found in human expertise.

Today AI spans across almost every domain / area of work. Self-driving cars, speech recognition, problem solving, space research, clinical diagnosis and many more.

AI is usually very broader term that its implementations are in different forms that spread across a wide range of industries and use cases.
